Palm Springs Condos for Sale - Greenhouse East - $320,000.

Most of my condo buyers want a single level condo with no one above them.  There are several developments in Central and South Palm Springs that are options, but Greenhouse East, in my opinion, is one of the best.

This unit at 486 Hermosa Dr is the larger floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.  Many buyers use the 3rd bedroom located adjacent to the living room as a den.  It works well that way.  The layout is great with essentially two master suites, each with a slider out to the patio.  The patio for 486 faces west, and with a little effort, will have good mountain views.  While this home does not have a spa ( or small pool), many in Greenhouse East do.  I think that's one of the things I like best about these condos: a  large private walled patio with space for a spa, or even a small pool!

The grounds are nicely maintained and there is a swimmer's pool. Probably one of the best in Palm Springs! You can relax in privacy in your own spa, but get exercise in the swimmer's pool.
