There are two fun events occurring this weekend.  The Festival of Lights Parade is Saturday, 3 December, starting at 5:45.  Watch the parade along Palm Canyon Drive.

In Indio, the two day Tamale Festival is at the Polo Fields Saturday and Sunday, 3 & 4 of December.
