IS THIS THE BOTTOM?

It's hard to imagine getting a better price on a condo in a prime area of South Palm Springs than $69,999. I actually had some people at my open house this past weekend that told me they paid more for their RV!! The New & Improved Sun Center

New paint and new parking lot along with new landscaping have completely transformed this entire Center. What a great improvement for our City.

New Restaurant ??

After months of construction the Sun Center has taken on a whole new look from one of the nicest parking lots I've ever seen to a much needed paint job of the exisiting buildings and a whole new building which is rumored to be a new restaurant. Anyone know who is going in?
