This Los Compadres home in Palm Springs CA sold on 10/10/07 for $565,000. The last listing price was $599K. I was offered the listing in February '07 and priced the home at $655K. After a couple of price reductions, offers came and the home sold. The home was originally listed with another broker for $690K.
