Wonderful to see that someone snatched up the house at 1101 Via Monte Vista. I was at the open house on Saturday and there was a flurry of activity. I really thought the house would sell quickly as it is priced very aggressively. I was proved right. Now, let's just hope it closes without further ado.

Chad, I think the property you're inquiring about is 1048 Monte Verde, $969,500.

1101 Monte Vista was not remodeled, but was clean. I imagine the new owner will do some updating.

The house at Monte Vista was, indeed, a fixer. But a European family owned it as a vacation home and it was/is completely livable (though outdated). The house can be seen in an establishing shot of the movie "Palm Springs Week~end", the movie that brought the spring~break craze to the local area.
