Palm Springs' Royal Hawaiian gets Historic District designation

The Royal Hawaiian, designed by architects Donald Wexler and Richard Harrison, was awarded a "Historic District" designation by the Palm Springs City Council.  Condo owners can now seek property tax savings through the state's Mill's Act.
