The Mondrian, owned by Morgans Hotel Group , announced that they do indeed plan to open in downtown Palm Springs.
As they say, "Palm Springs is experiencing a dramatic revitalization" I can't wait for construction to start, especially if they decide to go "green"

Such a high end place in PS seems out of place. I wish PS would concentrate on fixing/improving what's already there. All those empty storefronts are depressing.
Like your site but wish it were more like this one....
