Dammit! I would have paid 800 thou for the place on Manzanita. I wanted that place, but when I looked at it it was well over 800. Guess I need to check this blog more often.
Lots of things selling or going into escrow in the mid 7 hundred range. That's nice to see.
How was this past weekend? Any sales or homes go under contract?
WHEN'S THE BEST SEASON/MONTH TO SELL IN PALM SPRINGS ON AVERAGE? OBVIOUSLY WE'RE NOT IN THE BEST MARKET, BUT IS THE WINTER USUALLY THE KEY TIME TO LIST DUE TO ALL THE VACATIONERS?
I'll post them all tonight. There are several, since I haven't posted in a few days. I was visiting with my dad and stepmom since Thursday and didn't get the opportunity to post!
