As we found out, you also need someone prepared to go beyond the basic job description of an agent and facilitate things which are nearly impossible to complete without local assistance. As our agent, Russell needed to understand our vision of a PS home. Russell took the time to listen to us and learn what we valued most in the home we would purchase. Since we wanted a 'project' he had to be prepared to look beyond the present condition of a home and see its potential.
