Today's LA Times has an interesting story on their front page about homeowners planning strategic defaults..  The story is HERE.  Obviously, this is a controversial subject.  I've been hearing about these "strategic defaults" for quite some time now, but don't have a firm opinion on the matter.  I imagine for most it's a decision not made lightly .  I'd enjoy reading your thoughts.  Please post them!
