This time last year, many Palm Springs agents, including myself, were worried about a slowing real estate market in '07. Our worries, as we all know, were not unwarranted. The year started off quiet. Fortunately, the last quarter of '07 turned, resulting in a good year for me. Total sales of $4,992,500. are just slightly below last years' sales. Below are my '07 sales in date order.
