Recently, I provided sales data per quarter ('06 vs '07) for the different areas of Palm Springs. Today, I've selected a few neighborhoods from each area of the city. As suspected, most neighborhoods saw a decline in median sales price in '07 from '06. There were a couple of exceptions (Las Palmas and Deepwell).
One of the biggest declines from '06 to '07, not surprisingly, was Mountain Gate in North Palm Springs.
