Just heard Mondrian hotel is moving forward for 2010/2011. Let's pray Hard Rock Hotel follows suit.

Chris, interest rates have come down quite a bit, to the upper 4% range! Low rates and good bargains equal a good time to buy. The key is getting the bargain. I've sold three good bargains since October
