Sales are brisk in Palm Springs.  Over 80 properties sold in Central and South Palm Springs alone in the month of February, 2011.  Below are those that sold from 2/1 thru 2/6.

If there are 3 different dollar figures, the first is the original list price, second is last list price and third is sales price.  One figure means it sold for list price. You might notice in some cases that a property sold for more than list price!
