Park Imperial South
There are just two condos for sale in the Park Imperial South development, built in 1961. These condos are loaded with cool mid century architectural details, most notably the "folded plate roofs"
The lowest price is $329,900. (and I understand there are multiple offers as I write this).
The other unit is priced at $399,000.
