Palms Springs Homes Sold and in Escrow

For the week ending 8/18/07, there were nine properties (single family) in Palm Springs that sold, four that went into escrow. Three moved to pending status from Contingent, meaning that all contigencies have been removed. I will now list the original list price of the sold homes. Original means from the time the seller listed their home with a broker(s) preceding sell.
