Nice to see a home go for over 2 mill (closer to 3 mill!) It seems like The Mesa isn't very desirable as the homes that are selling there are going for several hundreds of thousands less than asking price.

Las Palmas and Movie Colony, as always, seem to still be holding in value better than the other areas.

I agree. This is a wonderful blog.

Nice to see two properties in Sun Valleys go through for close to asking. Though, I just read that government officials are stating they predict and continuing decline in real estate for the next two years. Yikes!
