I loved that home in the Mesa. Congrats to whomever got that great buy and great home.
I can't believe homes in Deepwell are going for in the 3's. It's such a great location and tucked back community. At least a few listings that are a mill plus in the neighborhood are currently under contract. Hopefully they go for close to asking.
