Everybody!!!??? How good was the fricken' film fest this year. I almost crapped my pants seeing all the stars back in Palm Springs. I also want to welcome back Scott Brooks to Palm Springs who introduced me to this blog a few months ago before he left for personal reasons but... He's BAAAAAA-AAAACK.

Russell-
Do you think we've hit bottom? Should I think about selling and buying something else now while rates are so low, or should I hold on a bit longer? I just don't want to sell if it's going to go down even more. Talk to me Genie.

#5, I don't think we've hit bottom yet. I do hope we're close....but we're not going to know for sure until we've started "going up"!

Everyone's circumstance is different; it might be that it makes sense to sell now....lower tax basis, less upkeep, etc, etc. But, just keep in mind that we're still in a buyer's market! Call me if you're interested in getting a market analysis of your home's value.
