Wow! Someone got a bargain in Deepwell on Sunrise Way! Good on that! It's nice to see people taking advantage of down~prices. You can't go wrong with $144 a square foot. Not in Deepwell. Congrats to whomever bought that house. Such~a~deal!
I agree. A year ago I never would have thought you could buy in Deepwell for under 400k. Good for these folks, but hopefully their new home is worth a lot more a few years from now.
