Dammit! I would have paid 800 thou for the place on Manzanita. I wanted that place, but when I looked at it it was well over 800. Guess I need to check this blog more often.

WHEN'S THE BEST SEASON/MONTH TO SELL IN PALM SPRINGS ON AVERAGE? OBVIOUSLY WE'RE NOT IN THE BEST MARKET, BUT IS THE WINTER USUALLY THE KEY TIME TO LIST DUE TO ALL THE VACATIONERS?
