Love seeing a home for over 2 million go into escrow. Hopefully this guy has the right idea. Obviously he's been smart with money in the past if he/she can afford a home of this caliber. Congrats to the buyer...that is an amazing spot.
Now is definitely the time to buy. The market is beginning to turn around the country and it's the off-season here in the desert. Plus, there's some amazing homes on the market right now in some great neighborhoods.

It's truly amazing what number of houses are entering escrow these days. The market really appears to be taking off. I had no idea that so many people had been sitting by waiting for prices to drop.
