That's a very nice piece of real~estate on Prescott. I think I was at an open~house at that same unit a while ago. Was that unit a conventional 'for sale' property about a year ago? Seems to me that one could move into Old Las Palmas into a NEW Donald Wexler property for the price of Ruth Hardy Park or Deepwell. I'm thinking someone is going to get a bargain there.

Yes, this home was listed in January 2008 at $1,350,000. The listing was a conventional for sale property that expired in March and was not relisted. Yes, someone is getting a big bargain!
