I knew that $699K house on Prescott would not last long. It's new and designed by Donald Wexler and in Old Las Palmas. Great amount of house for a small price. Congrats to the person buying it. I believe that house sold for $1.1M a couple of years ago~~~that's a savings of 37% from peak price. Lots of bargains out there and a few serious buyers who mean business when they are looking to snatch up a desert home.
