What's going on with Monte Sereno? Are they still building in there, or is that stalled or cancelled?
I live in Parc Andreas and am very interested/concerned in that question as well.
The model was a beautiful home. But it seems like the development has come to a dead halt.
I would be careful buying there. Do the research, as many of the few homes that are currently built/owned are on the market. And you might have several empty lots around you for a long time dragging down the value of the neighborhood.
