Is the market starting to turn around yet? Any signs? Or does it seem like it's still moving downward????

Any totally re-done homes in Tahquitz River Estates or Deepwell that you know of in the 7 to 800 range...that are still a good deal?

There's one or two that I think may be coming on the market. A couple of my neighbors have just re-done their homes and I believe at least one of them are going to be putting them up on the market. One is on Cactus and the other one is on Mesquite. keep an eye out and happy hunting.

Why don't you call or e-mail me so we can discuss your particular situation? Depending on your goal, it may very well be a good time to sell and buy even if the market hasn't found bottom yet. Some news about the market is encouraging, some not so much......
