That is a nice one. I looked at it and it needed A LOT of work. But that area of Deepwell and Tahquitz River Estates is one of my favorites in town. They have nice mature lots and most have great views.
I can't believe the deal on Cactus that's awaiting a buyer...899K on an incredibly remodeled 3000 sq foot home. Someone should jump on that one. I've seen the house. It is mucho NICE. If this thing doesn't sell, then this market is dead.
Is that the house at the end of the court that the love boat actor used to live in???
If so, yes, that is a great home and lot. Whomever buys it will be my new neighbor, as I live just down the street.
