Thought that place in Deepwell at seven hundred thousand would go quick. It appears it just went under contract in a day or two post its listing!
1101 N Via Monte Vista fell out of escrow this weekend. It's back on the market and I hope someone snatches it up quick. It is a killer deal and the lowest priced house in Vista Las Palmas. I wish I had the dough to buy it myself, but I am strapped for cash.
:(
1101 N Via Monte Vista. Yes, it's back on the market! Quite interesting that it was in escrow almost a month before it fell out.
It's a good deal

Deepwell - Palm Tree. Yes, I had heard there was an offer the first day or two. Lots of square footage for the money!

Rumor hazit that 'buyer' of 1101 N Via Monte Vista wanted to renegotiate the purchase price by asking for $ concessions. The house is well priced and the seller said 'no gracias'. Can't blame them.
It really ticks me off when people use the escrow period to renegotiate the sales price. I can understand if a house is being sold as 'turnkey' and 'move~in~ready' but when a house is being sold as a total fixer~~~what does one expect? 'Move~in~ready' but at a 'fixer' price.
Egads!
I predict the house will go back into escrow within a week.
