Some more amazing deals in Deepwell. That place on Cactus was in dire need of a total do-over, but someone got it for a very good price. Congratulations to them and welcome to the neighborhood.
Does anyone know if that place on San Lorenzo closed yet? I just saw it online as a contingent upon sale? It looks like an amazing house and I really like the feel and look of that neighborhood. By the way, what's that particular neighborhood called?
It's Tahquitz River Estates. I love this neighborhood as well and have looked at many homes there. I believe that house your inquiring about is in escrow at $799,999.00. It's a beauty and a good deal for all the work they did to it.
