After months of construction the Sun Center has taken on a whole new look from one of the nicest parking lots I've ever seen to a much needed paint job of the exisiting buildings and a whole new building which is rumored to be a new restaurant. Anyone know who is going in?

I like all the improvements except the "fake copper" color on the new building. Looks cheap to me.

I kind of like that copper look.
The landscaping and new parking lot configuration have really improved that shopping center. I did hear, though, that the restaurant had a leasee once upon a time, but they since backed out.
The real question is how that smallish parking lot can possibly support a restaurant of that size along with all the other stores. It was very tight and often full even without the restaurant.
I'm surprised they didn't require some of the stores to change their signage. The overall look of the center is now great, but the signage for some of the stores (like Running Wild and Budget Pharmacy) is awful. In a lot of cases, the signs are too big for their space and in awful colors that look like they haven't been updated since the 70s.
