Here's the activity since last Thursday through Saturday. On Friday when I went to post Thursday's activity, there were only three properties listed, so I decided to wait to post, first on Saturday, which, of course, got away from me after a couple of client meetings. So, now it's Sunday and there are 18 properties to post! Busy, busy.....
I'm holding 1552 Camino Real, #133 open now (in the Biltmore Condos) and was hoping a few of you would drop in to say hi.......:)

Many investors have strong feelings about real estate either for or against. It's better to stay only in those markets that are liquid that are easy to understand and deal with, and that offer an attractive compromise between risk and reward.
Peter, how about paying for advertising space instead of inserting yourself into a real estate blog under the ruse of commentary? It takes away your credibilty.
