That is a beautiful property at 555 Via Monte, and it sure is HUGE!!! The listing states that the house is in 'Tennis Club' but I don't think that is correct. Isn't that house in Old Las Palmas? Or is it in Vista Las Palmas? Does anyone know?

Yes, good catch! It's not in the Tennis Club neighborhood (that's where it's listed incorrectly in the MLS), but is in the new development near Vista Las Palmas, just off Crescent. I can't remember the exact name of the development, sorry to say. I just rode by there on my bike on Sunday, but can't remember the name!

Huh, the place in the Mesa on Carmelita finally sold. It looked like a cocaine disco party, but it would make for a fun weekend rental with its shag carpets and italian style pool. It had been in and out of escrow so many times. Congrats to the new owner.

Yea, I think the Carmelita house in The Mesa could be really cool, but it's going to take a little effort. I remember seeing it a year and a half ago or longer when it was listed before it went to foreclosure. It was quite the place! Congratulations to the new owner!
