What a steal for that place on Nuetra. I loved those floorplans in that community.
Only if I had a million bucks to blow.

The houses in Alta are nice. The place on Neutra was a good price, but the neighborhood does have some draw~backs: The lots are a bit small for the size of the houses and the built~in outdoor speakers are up so high that they create an 'amphitheater' like effect on the surrounding houses. I almost negotiated a purchase on one of these houses and went back to take a walk around the property before signing on the dotted line and found out how loud the music sounds from neighboring homes. Even if the music is not loud it is amplified by the dramatic roof~lines. Still, the houses are beautiful and the person who bought it got a good deal. I hope they enjoy their new home.

Good to know. I've always wondered about the privacy in there, as many of them are angled towards each other and they have those huge ampitheatre like back patios.
Still...I don't think I'd mind putting up with a little loud music to live in one of those beauties.

1.1 for a place in Alta? My friend paid well north of 1.5 just a few months back for one in there!! That's a steal. Homes seem to be going quickly around me in the tahquitz/deepwell area. Hope these are the signs of change. positive change.
