whoa El Camino way in the Mesa went quick. I never even saw it on the MLS.

Appears as if sales activity is picking up. More houses entering escrow than last year and more house closing escrow~~~something that was more difficult 6 months ago.

The market is searching for a bottom. Great houses out there for bargain prices. Prices are still down, but there seems to be more heated activity on well priced homes.

Thanks for all the great work on this site, Russell~~~many of us out here just love reading it and studying the real estate market.

San Lorenzo went down to 799k???? When???? I wish I would have known. I still thought it was in the high eights!!!
