The Calle Marcus house really appeared to be a bargain until you find out that it was in a fire. Who knows how much work will be involved with that one~~~though I am sure it is not for the faint~of~heart.

The 1 Palomino house looks like a charming cosmetic fixer. And the house on Sevilla sure is huge. Though the Spanish Casa With Machine~gun Turrets is my least favorite style. I am sure it will appeal to someone.

Nice to see that someone bought that Herman Munster house in Little Tuscany. The house had an amazing view from the pool area. It was on a nice big lot with a paddle 'tennis court' and a nice office area with separate entrance. The location is primo. Someone got a bargain there and it closed over asking price. Must have been a couple of people interested in it.

Keep up the great job with your blog, Russell.

The house at 1 Palomino could be dynamite! Great lot, views and bones! I'd buy it if I were in the market for a another home. I'm perfectly happy were we are now.

What part of town do you live in Russell?

Hi, Russell. Thanks for looking at my blog~~~as you can see, I just started it.

My partner and I did, indeed, find a house last year in Old Las Palmas. We purchased a foreclosure. We are remodeling and are coming up to the one year mark in our complete restoration of our 1961 Val Powelson designed house. We are hoping to move into the house in a month or so.
