What a beaut. I'm not quite ready for condo life but they did a really nice job with the interior of that one.
Anyone know of any good homes coming on the market in the near future? Any pocket listings? I'm interested in the southern subdivisions of The Mesa, Deepwell and Tahquitz River Estates. I would also consider Canyon North.

Will do, Russell. I'm in NY for the next two weeks, but I'll ring you upon my return. Looking for something in the 650-800 thousand range. But must be new or newer or renovated as I want it to be turn-key as I spend a lot of time on the east coast, so I want a house that's updated and everything works. I've had some bad experiences with fixer homes. I'm sure you know the drill.
