I guess the good news is a similar amount of homes are selling. The bad news is, they're selling for way less per sq. foot. I'm really hoping for this market to turn around. Soon!!!!

I think that the Hard Rock and the Mondrian hotels would do wonders for this town. That's when things would really turn around for us out here. Anyone hear any news as to the current status of both developments???
It's hard to tell from these numbers. Most of my friends who have the money are opting not to sell currently with the market being down...so most of the homes seem to be on the market due to foreclosure, short sales, or the risk of it coming to that. So things are going for cheap, but are they an honest representation of where the market's going. I dunno.
Let's hang in there and hope for these hotels you're talking about.
