Thanks for the update. Do you know how much 1056 S. Manzanita recently sold for? I believe it sold in June or July as a forclosure.
Russel will know, but I think it was listed ridiculously low (as in low 400's) and got multiple offers. I think it was a major fixer, but it was a nice sized 3000 sq. ft. house.
1056 S Manzanita is still pending. It was listed at $414,900
I won't be suprised at all if it closes for over asking price, since it was priced below market for the neighborhood. Yes, it needs lots of work inside and out. What a great buy for someone!
I'll let you all know how much it closes for. I imagine it shouldn't be much longer
