Where is Twin Palms?
Twin Palms is the area near the intersection of E Palm Canyon and Sunrise. (SW of the intersection). Twin Palms Dr runs between La Verne (which is Sunrise N of E Palm Cyn.) and South Palm Canyon. The neighborhood goes back several blocks to the south of Twin Palms Dr.
Some of the neighborhood streets are Yucca Pl, Navajo Dr., Joshua Tree Pl., Marion Way.
It's a wonderful neighborhood with lots of mid century architecture....in a superb location.

great. thank you. I'm starting to look on the mls and I love the South Palm Springs area of Tahquitz River Estates, Deepwell and Mesa. If I see anything I would like to view on my next trip out I will give you a call. Thanks for your help.
