1101 N Via Monte Vista went on the market @ $649,000, which is an amazingly low price, and it got snatched up by a savvy buyer in just a few days. If properties are priced right they are beginning to sell. Sales activity seems to be up. Or is that just my perception? Welcome to the neighborhood to whomever bought 1101 N Via Monte Vista, you are going to love the area.

And thanks for this blog. It is a great site and I will keep you in mind when I decide to sell.
