They're saying the california real estate market is starting to show signs of rebounding. Do you see this in Palm Springs as of yet?
Sales activity is getting better. I don't see prices going up. It's still a buyer's market! If you're looking to buy, it's a good time to take advantage of good deals and cheap money. Interest rates are at historical lows.
