Yeah, that's a good bargain for the one on Manzanita at seven-nine-nine. Very cool house.
Did the house at 1101 n Via Monte Vista close escrow? Or did it fall out of escrow? I drove by there and the 'pending' sign was down but no 'sold' sign took its place. That house is an incredible bargain for someone. I hope they were/are able to close on it
1101 N Via Monte Vista is still in escrow. It went in on 4/8.
