Nice to see homes in the 6 and 700,000 range selling. Also, it appears there have been less new listings as of late. Thank you for all this wealth of knowledge.

It is exciting to see many of these houses enter the escrow period. It appears that there ARE buyers out there for well~priced houses.

Deepwell seems to be bouncing back rather swiftly. I know the properties selling are bargains, but that is how a resurgent market starts: smart shoppers buy up the bargains and that motivates others to buy as well.

Hope this keeps up.

For anyone wondering, there was some decent action this past weekend. At least two homes in Tahquitz River Estates went under contract. One at 600k and the other at 799k. This seems to be the one area that people are interested in buying in price-wise and area-wise. Also, another Brady Sandahl home went under contract in South Palm Springs. Keep your heads up. Things are selling!!!
