Does anyone know how much the place in Monte Sereno closed for that was listed at 969,000.?

Did that place on Driftwood in Deepwell sell this weekend? I drove by to take a look after seeing your new listing posting and there were four cars in the driveway so I'm assuming it sold.
For the person who asked if anything sold- my friend got two offers on their home this weekend in Rancho so that's at least one that went under contract. I'm sure several others did as well with the beautiful weather we've been having to go house hunting. Not to mention so many great deals to be had out there.

Yes, there were also a handful of homes in Palm Springs that went under contract this weekend. You can find them on desert area mls.
Monte Sereno - 1048 Monte Verde - is still in pending status. I'll post it as sold once it closes. It went to "pending" status on 4/3, so it may be any day now that it closes.
Deepwell - -1111 Driftwood - did indeed go into escrow on 4/19. It's no surprise given the good deal it is! Can I help you or someone you know find a good deal?
